  1. I am reminded of Facebook with everyone including myself expressing ourselves with words and now i see, trapping ourselves within whatever reality we have created for ourselves. Music can transcend all this and it can also be a chosen device to separate or divide. Rock vs classical music, for instance, instead of being like Duke Ellington: “it’s all music.”

A couple weeks ago, after I had performed Beethoven’s pastoral symphony a friend asked me which part was my favorite, and I could not answer..I said that it was a continuum with no beginning or end…only the present moment, all the same. I like your description – you are inspiring me to take pen to paper…
